The project involved 66 individual channel letters, large oval logos, pylon inserts and directional signage – all with wide area Samsung LED modules guaranteed against failure for five years and zero or minimal maintenance requirements

We recently installed commercial grade LED loading dock and area lighting at Pollard Windows in Burlington, Ontario. In addition to significant maintenance and energy savings, LED lighting improves CCTV efficiency by 30 – 40%. The light on the left of the picture was one of the existing fixtures left in place as a comparison.
After navigating through very sensitive signage bylaws, we’ve installed this well-crafted, gorgeous display sign. Dundas Square is Toronto’s Times Square!
We recently completed installing LED lighting on a three-sided cross on top of a 150 ft high telecommunications tower! Working with TurrisCorp, a nationwide engineering and communications tower management company, LED Solutions supplied both specialist fabrication and specialty LED lighting services. We used Samsung outdoor rated LED modules, custom mounted with remotely located power supplies and control systems.
LED Solutions recently completed the upgrade of an LED video screen project, providing full video capability in the Burlington Mall pylon sign for RioCan. This easily programmable and robust unit allows them to stream mall information, paid advertisements, and community information in full colour!

Our job was to retrofit existing IMAX signs at this location that were posing major maintenance and cost challenges to Cineplex Entertainment (one of the signs is 50ft in the air!). Using wide area Samsung LED’s with a five year warranty the LED Solutions crews fixed these problems once and for all with spectacular results!! (more…)
LED Solutions, working with Zortech Industries and Media Resources, have manufactured and installed possibly the brightest custom LED sign in the country. Designed specifically for elevated locations, the sign is day/night capable, low maintenance and powered by state of the art custom designed LED panels. The installation required the closure of Yonge Street for several hours!
It was so bright that we were asked by the client to turn it down –
“I drove out to see it tonight and small planes are navigating towards it and using it land on Yonge Street!”
We have managed and implemented a multi-location corporate signage program for H&R Block for four years. Involving new stores, relocations, sign renewals and general service in locations from St. John’s, NF to Victoria, BC, H & R Block is a seasonally sensitive business and schedules are tight.
This year to increase efficiency and to facilitate communications between client project managers and our team, as well as give transparency of process to upper management, we developed and introduced a proprietary, cloud based, project control system
