We have managed and implemented a multi-location corporate signage program for H&R Block for four years. Involving new stores, relocations, sign renewals and general service in locations from St. John’s, NF to Victoria, BC,  H & R Block is a seasonally sensitive business and schedules are tight.

This year to increase efficiency and to facilitate communications between client project managers and our team, as well as give transparency of process to upper management, we developed and introduced a proprietary, cloud based, project control system
